The BEng (Hons) Integrated Engineering is offered as part of the University’s undergraduate modular scheme. A Course of Study is a set of modules satisfying the requirements for a particular degree and attracting 300 credits for an Ordinary Bachelor degree (a BEng degree without honours) and 360 credits for an Honours degree. Credits achieved in level 4 are for progression purposes only and will not contribute to the final degree classification, whereas credits attained at levels 5 and 6 are used in degree classification calculation.
The Integrated Engineering programme has three core pathways running through it. These pathways of mechanical, electrical and control engineer and the apprenticeship standards that they follow, are described below.
