About Us

The University of Lincoln

The University’s main campus in Lincoln was the first new city centre campus to be built in the UK for decades. More than £140 million has been invested in the Brayford Pool campus and economists estimate that the University has created at least 3,000 new jobs within Lincoln and that it generates more than £250 million every year for the local economy – doubling previous local economic growth rates.

The School of Engineering

The School of Engineering is the first new Engineering school in the UK for more than 20 years, recognising the importance of engineering to the future of the UK economy. The School was part of a £37 million project, with £7 million allocated to build our dedicated Engineering Hub.

Our apprenticeship provision within the School of Engineering reflects and draws upon the array of experience and industries we collaborate with in both our teaching and research activities. Our Integrated Engineering programme brings together academic expertise from the School and combines it with a delivery format developed in conjunction with industry to suit the needs of our partners.
